Refund policy

Refunds & Returns:

• All Defy Threads products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color preference.

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

• Please note: minor variations in print placement or color may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects. For any issues concerning refunds or replacement please contact us at support@defythreads.com.
